General Manager (CEO) for ambitious personalized vaccine company

 

myNEO, QbD, Antleron, and VUB have brought their innovative technology together within the Persomed consortium (persomed.be), to bring personalized DC therapy to patients.

To lead this consortium, we are currently looking for a motivated General Manager (CEO) devoted to share and co-create a long-term vision for this personalized product together with an experienced team.

 

As the CEO of Persomed you will:

​

• Be part of a highly ambitious project with potential to significantly change the personalized IO-field

• Have the chance to be the leading role in this unique project to result a highly valuable Newco

• Lead the consortium partners to ensure short- and long-term milestones are met

• Take the lead in the long term vision of Persomed

• Develop a high quality business strategy as well as oversee all operations and business activities

• Actively seek for investors and control the budget

• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industries related to Persomed

• Be the face of Persomed: attend conferences, do press releases, connect Persomed to the outside world

• Report back to the shareholders on recurrent board meetings regarding the status of the projects

• Implement the long term plans, agreed with the board, in day to day execution of Persomed

• Make high-quality investing decisions
